    With over 10 years of financial management experience, Ali manages the private equity of Stony Creek Homes. Ali is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring of private equity funds at Stony Creek Homes. Ali implements strategies based on risk tolerance, investment objective and time horizon constraint.

    A proud UMD Terp, Abrar leads all acquisition efforts including identifying and analyzing acquisition opportunities, coordinating due diligence, and negotiating transactions.
